He Has A Way Of Releasing His Children From Brick Making by PJ
Many people conjecture about, question and seek information regarding the end times. The reason they do is because it's easy to see that we live in the end time redemption process for Yisro'el. People see the kingdoms rising against kingdoms, the earthquakes, the famines, the diseases, the killing of oceans, the changes in the atmosphere, along with the movement toward a one world government. It just doesn't take a rocket science degree to see that we are living in the times Yeshua talked about in Matit'yahu/Matthew 24. One of the signs of the end is "spiritual Babylon." Spiritual Babylon isn't some secret mystery. It's the Kingdom of ha'satan opposed to the Kingdom of G-d. It's influence and control extends to governments, corporations, learning institutions and religions outside Christianity and Judaism. It's King is ha'satan himself. And the greatest enemy of "spiritual Babylon" is the truth of G-d's Word.
Today we can find Spiritual Babylon has infiltrated our lives in many ways. It's affected media, governments, traditions, religions, and it's worked itself into the private lives of many through arrogance and self-love.
If we go back to the days of Nimrod, we will find that he wanted a one world government to be under his rule. Nimrod was known as a hunter. B'resheet/Genesis 10:8-11 AMP says, "Cush became the father of Nimrod; he was the first to be a mighty man on the earth. He was a mighty hunter before the Lord; therefore it is said, Like Nimrod, a mighty hunter before the Lord. The beginning of his kingdom was Babel, Erech, Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar (in Babylonia). Out of the land he (Nimrod) went forth into Assyria and built Nineveh, Rehoboth-Ir, Calah,"
What did Nimrod hunt? Ever thought about it? He hunted people! He hunted people to enslave them! He wanted to enslave people to build him a city.
Be'resheet/Genesis 11 tells a story that is vital for us to understand today. Verses 1-9 AMP, "And the whole earth was of one language and of one accent and mode of expression. And as they journeyed eastward, they found a plain (valley) in the land of Shinar, and they settled and dwelt there. And they said one to another, Come, let us make bricks and burn them thoroughly. So they had brick for stone, and slime (bitumen) for mortar. And they said, Come, let us build us a city and a tower whose top reaches into the sky, and let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be scattered over the whole earth. And the Lord came down to see the city and the tower which the sons of men had built. And the Lord said,
Behold, they are one people and they have all one language; and this is only the beginning of what they will do, and now nothing they have imagined they can do will be impossible for them. Come, let Us go down and there confound (mix up, confuse) their language, that they may not understand one another's speech. So the Lord scattered them abroad from that place upon the face of the whole earth, and they gave up building the city. Therefore the name of it was called Babel -- because there the Lord confounded the language of all the earth; and from that place the Lord scattered them abroad upon the face of the whole earth." You will notice several things about this city...
It was a place where everyone spoke the same language with one accent and mode of expression. We see this today trying to be recreated through the computer giving everyone the same language with one accent and mode of expression.
It was a place to be built of bricks and mortar instead of stones. Bricks are representative of the creation of man...all the same. No individuality. The mortar was representative of materialism. It's in stark contrast to G-d's city built of living stones who are G-d centered and independent willingly coming together of their own accord to worship G-d.
The city and tower were reaching toward the skies speaking of high aspirations and declaring war on G-d. It was to be a new world order, a system that was totally without G-d and in direct opposition to G-d. To follow G-d one must have a servant's heart full of love for the King of Glory.
"Spiritual Babylon" doesn't have any more power today than it did nearly 6,000 years ago during Nimrod's day. The reason? G-d is always on the side of His people enslaved and He has a way of releasing His children from brick making. It doesn't matter what the "plans" of the enemy are, G-d's deliverance will occur for His children.
There is no doubt that "Spiritual Babylon" will attempt to declare war on G-d because that is always the goal of ha'satan. He so desperately wants to take G-d's place that he will continually declare war on G-d to try to bring his desire to pass.
There is a day to soon arrive though when the children of G-d shall be removed and ha'satan and his followers will finally be allowed to have their one world government for a short time. The Yeshua wannabe, ha'satan, will be the King of Babylon, in his city, Babylon. It will be a place decorated with earthly gold and jewels; a place of pride and lust. It will be a place of bondage and finally the recipient of G-d's wrath and eternal destruction.
Heavenly Yerushalayim will be a place where no one has been enslaved but has freely chosen to serve the King, Yeshua, in His city. It will be a place decorated with heavenly gold and jewels; a place of love and joy and true shalom. It will be a place of freedom and eternally the recipient of G-d's gracious love and favor.
